It’s time for another one day giveaway here at Appletell. We recently reviewed Konami’s Frogger Inferno and Double Dribble Fastbreak here at Appletell. Both are classic games, but do they hold up well in their iPhone incarnations? You could read our review to find out, or you can win your free copies and try them out yourself. Entering is easy, winning takes only a day, so you’d better enter quickly.
Unlike last time, we’re giving away three sets of prizes. The first and second place winners will receive iPhone and iPod touch promo codes for both Frogger Inferno and Double Dribble Fastbreak. The third place winner will receive a code for Double Dribble Fastbreak only. The codes for Frogger Inferno expire on April 17th, 2010, Double Dribble Fastbreak on April 26th, so winners will need to use them quickly. Neither Appletell nor Konami Digital Entertainment will be held responsible for promo codes not claimed in time.

- Description of Offer. APPLETELL FROGGER AND DOUBLE DRIBBLE ONE DAY GIVEAWAY CONTEST is sponsored by Gadgetell LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of North American Publishing Co., 1500 Spring Garden Street, 12th Floor, Philadelphia, PA 19130 USA. Sponsor will award two FROGGER and three DOUBLE DRIBBLE APPS FOR IPHONE in a random drawing of all eligible entries received during the Survey Period.
- Survey Period. The survey begins April 12, 2010: 4:14 a.m. PDT and ends April 13, 2010: 12:00 a.m. PDT. All responses must be received during the Survey Period. 3 WINNERS will be drawn the morning after the end of the survey period.
- How to Enter. REGISTER WITH APPLETELL. THEN, LEAVE A COMMENT IN THE COMMENT FIELD ON THIS PAGE. BY REGISTERING AND COMMENTING, you are agreeing to be notified by e-mail if you are the winner. Entries become the property of Sponsor. In the unlikely event the Sponsor encounters technical or equipment failures such as telephone network lines failing, computer online systems failing, servers and/or provider services go down, or human error in connection with the survey, etc., the Sponsor and promoters will not be held responsible. A FROGGER INFERNO AND DOUBLE DRIBBLE FASTBREAK PROMO CODE will be awarded to two qualified winners, and DOUBLE DRIBBLE FASTBREAK PROMO CODE will be awarded to one qualified winner. No substitution, assignment or transfer of prize is permitted, except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Maximum cash value for all creative representations shall be $0.99 for each promo code.
- Drawing and Awarding of Prize. A random drawing will be made of all eligible and correctly completed entries received during the Survey Period. Winner will be notified by e-mail, upon completion of survey period. By accepting the prize, winner agrees that Sponsor, its affiliates, distributors, advertising and promotional agencies and suppliers and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents shall have no liability for, and shall hold all such parties harmless against damage, loss or injury that may arise in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of prizes or participation in this Sweepstakes.
